As the new Principal of Online Courses and as an experienced international school Headteacher, I have seen firsthand the challenges and difficulties that 2021 and the pandemic have brought to schools. Here at Pamoja, we sincerely hope that you and your school communities have found solutions to meet those challenges and in doing so, broaden the educational experiences for both students and teachers.

Here at Pamoja, we have experienced quite major changes of our own in 2021 in our quest to provide excellence in online education and student experience. After joining the Faria Education Group in July 2020, we moved our Online Courses onto the ManageBac platform in September of this year. Nearly 90% of Pamoja students use ManageBac in their face-to-face schools, so updating our platform was a natural progression. As we continue to develop our Online Courses and the platform, we would like to take this opportunity to thank SBCs, DPCs, Pamoja teachers, and students who provided their feedback on the integration and allowed us to continue our work on improving the Pamoja experience for everyone. We welcome and are grateful for your feedback and patience while we strive to enhance the customer and learning experience in ManageBac.

We would also like to take this chance to welcome those schools who joined Pamoja Online Courses and Pamoja Lesson Suite this year. It is wonderful to see so many new schools join the ever-growing Pamoja community. We look forward to working with you in 2022, as we wish you all the best for a happy and fulfilling end to 2021.
