Overview

IB Business Management SL is a challenging and engaging course within the IB Diploma Programme’s Group 3: Individuals and Societies. It introduces students to the principles of business decision-making, examining how choices made within organisations affect, and are affected by, both internal and external environments.

Through case studies and real-world examples, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills while exploring themes such as leadership, strategy, globalisation and sustainability. These transferable skills not only support success in the IB Diploma Programme but also prepare students for future study in business, economics, law and related fields.

Studied online with Pamoja, the course combines structured learning with flexibility, enabling students to collaborate with peers worldwide and benefit from the guidance of experienced IB teachers.
