Overview

IB Business Management HL is a challenging and comprehensive course in the IB Diploma Programme’s Group 3: Individuals and Societies. It examines how organisations make strategic decisions and how these decisions are shaped by both internal and external factors, from financial structures to global markets.

Students investigate the impact of business choices on people, communities and the wider world, fostering the intercultural understanding and ethical awareness central to the IB philosophy. Along the way, they build critical thinking, research and communication skills that are transferable to university study and future careers in business, economics, law and beyond.

Delivered online with Pamoja, the course combines academic rigour with flexibility, enabling students to learn from expert IB teachers and collaborate with peers worldwide.
