Overview
IB online courses in Italy
An increasing number of IB World Schools are being established across Northern Italy, especially in and around Milan – a growing hub for international education. Yet many IB schools across the country still face challenges in offering a wide range of Group 1, 2, and 3 subjects, with staffing constraints and limited timetable flexibility often making these inaccessible for students.
We’re proud to be the only online course provider authorised by the IB to deliver official Diploma Programme subjects. We partner with IB World Schools across Italy to make in-demand subjects like Psychology and languages more readily available for students, without the need for additional teaching staff.
Our teacher-led courses follow a weekly schedule and include regular feedback, predicted grades and mock-exam support, giving schools a scalable and academically rigorous way to grow their IB offering and open up new opportunities for their students.

Who we support
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Pamoja support IB schools?
We provide structured yet flexible online courses, close collaboration with schools’ Site-Based Coordinators, highly accurate predicted grades, regular progress tracking, and mock exam guidance so schools can empower their students to excel with confidence.
Are Pamoja courses recognised by global universities?
Yes. All our online courses are part of the official IB Diploma Programme and are recognised by universities worldwide – including top institutions in the US, Canada, and beyond.
Is Pamoja selective?
No, we are not a selective school. We pride ourselves on being academically inclusive, and we enrol students regardless of their academic starting point. With teacher-led support and a structured online learning model, we help every student reach their potential and achieve their potential.
Can we start with just one or two students?
Yes. Many schools begin their partnership with us by registering a small cohort – for example, offering a single low-demand subject for a select few students, then expanding as interest and capability grow.
What data can we share with families?
Parents and carers receive predicted grades, overall results averages, and information about their child’s progress. More than 34% of Pamoja students earn a 6 or 7 in their final exams, a benchmark many IB schools value.
Which subjects are most popular in Italy?
Languages and Psychology are consistently in demand with students. We support both subject areas with official, IB-approved online courses.
Does Pamoja support multilingual IB learners?
Yes. We offer courses in multiple languages and currently support School-Supported Self-Taught (SSST) Language A: Literature in more than 25 languages. If your school requires a language not already listed, please contact us - we will work with our extensive network to source a high-quality, fluent IB-trained teacher to support you students.
